Amathus T. 2-26

Broken find from Amathus, photographed on a cream card mount with a plain margin — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04320o. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A close photograph of one broken object filling most of the frame: a pale grey mass with dark mottled patches and a darker, rounded section at the upper left. A rounded projection rises at the top, the lower part is wider, and the base looks fairly flat. The image is grainy and high in contrast, and the print sits on a cream card with a plain margin.
