Description

An excavation trench at Cholades, Soli, cut into pale earth. Rough stone walls of irregular blocks stand along the sides and across the trench floor, with vertical soil faces above them. A narrow rail track runs across the top of the cutting, and a wagon is partly visible at the upper right edge.
