Description

A tall vertical face of excavated soil fills the centre, showing darker and lighter horizontal layers with scattered small stones. In front of it lies the flat floor of the cutting, and at the left a stone wall is partly visible beside a pale heap of loose earth. Shrubs and dry ground rise behind the trench edge at the top of the view.
