Excavation at Amathus with objects and stones
Description
Looking down into an excavated pit at Amathus, with large rough stone slabs and blocks forming the back and left side. Several pottery vessels lie on the pit floor among the stones, including a shallow bowl set against the stone, a few jugs with handles and a flat disc-shaped object. Earth banks rise on the right and in the foreground.
