Tomb 47 at Marion, during excavation

Description
A deep trench cut into soil, with a sloping floor running down toward a dark opening at the far end. Several stones lie at the edge of the opening, and a large squared block stands against the back of the cut. Grass and loose stones lie on the surrounding ground, and the earth banks show layered soil.
