Description

Looking down on the excavated theatre at Soli, curved tiers of stone seating step down in a semicircle into the hillside, with a stone kerb along the outer edge on the right. Stone walls stand on the upper ridge, and loose blocks lie scattered on the flat area at left. Beyond, a plain of fields, scattered buildings and a bay of sea stretch toward distant hills.

Description, scan 2
Looking down on a half-excavated theatre, curved rows of stone-edged tiers sweep across the centre of the frame, with a dressed stone kerb along the right edge. Stone walls stand on the upper right and loose blocks lie on the left, where dark water sits in the cut. Beyond, fields, scattered buildings, a small pier and a wide bay stretch under low hills.
