Life and work
- 1909With Georgios Soteriadis, both members of the Athens Archaeological Society, invited to help arrange the new Cyprus Museum building (ready in 1909; collections moved from the Victoria Street building in March).
- 1909The British School at Athens committee's note on Farrell's 1909 report on Cyprus archaeology (quoted by Merrillees) says the Committee had 'long been the fellow-workers and admirers of M. Kavvadias, the Ephors of Greece proper and the Greek Archaeological Society', i.e. he is cited as the Greek archaeological authority. Merrillees's printed date for the note is not checked here.
