Life and work
- 1880–1881Sat as one of the lawyers on the five-man committee the Metropolitan Museum Trustees appointed to look into Feuardent's charges that Cesnola had improperly restored Cypriot statuary; the other members were F. A. P. Barnard (chair), Trustee W. C. Prime, sculptor J. Q. A. Ward and the Rev. R. D. Hitchcock. Marangou gives his age as sixty-four and says Feuardent felt the panel was not objective.
