Life and work
- 4 July 1874Froehner's notebook records that Hoffmann bought from Dr. Tsepi at Larnaca, a son-in-law of G. Pierides, a large collection of Cypriot antiquities for 12,500 francs. Hellmann says its later fate is obscure.
