- March 1901Bought many lots of Cypriot antiquities at the Drouot sale of the Boysset collection (Veuve Raymond Serrure, 6-7 March 1901), including Bronze Age figurines (MNC 10687/1, /2) and the Base Ring female figurine with child (lot 3, later MNC 10687/3 A); accession numbers follow the order of the sale catalogue
- by 1901Caubet states that large Early Cypriot Red Polished vases with exceptional plastic figural decoration, from Eugène Boysset, French consul at Larnaca 1891-1900, entered the Sèvres museum
