Description:

Cypriot terracotta figure of robed man. Flat mould-made ‘Asiatic’, or ‘Assyrian’ man. Pressed into one-piece mould. Torso and feet only, wearing fringed garment lost above waist. Fringe is painted red. Pale buff Cypriot fabric with common black and white inclusions between <0.5mm and (rarely) 4mm across.
