Description:

Bichrome Red ware pottery flask or lekythos; wheel-made; baggy ovoid body; biconical neck with a pronounced rib; wide, flat mushroom-rim; vertical strap handle from shoulder to neck ridge; pink-buff clay with a deep slip and black painted decoration: series of three vertically arranged concentric circles on one side of the body and four on the other, line of white dots on a black background below the handle (white paint mostly eroded), parallel black and white lines on the neck, white band on flat rim enclosing two concentric registers of black dots, short parallel strokes on the handle.
