Larnaca: carved tombs in the graveyard of St Lazarus

Positive from the glass negative
Description
Three carved stone tombs stand in a yard, the nearest with a sloping lid and sides covered in dense scrolling foliage. Its panels carry lines of inscription within recessed fields. On the right, a tomb has a carved finial of rounded forms and a fan-shaped motif on its side. Behind them, a wooden fence of upright slats runs along a low rail, and a rough stone wall rises at the left.
