Drawing of a stone lid from Lapithos, Kastros tombs: a domed top above a short cylindrical base — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, Csn1024. Public domain (CC0).

Description

An ink drawing on card shows a stone lid with a broad, slightly domed top and a shorter cylindrical base beneath it. The top has several small pitted marks and light shading suggesting a worn surface, and the underside of the rim is hatched to show depth. The printed word LID is above the drawing and a number label sits at the upper left.
