Description

Several fluted column drums lie on the ground in a grassy hollow, with a carved capital in the foreground at right and a column base and a standing column shaft further back. Tall trees and dense scrub fill the background under a pale sky. No people are visible; the scene looks like a dug-out area of scattered architectural pieces.

Description, scan 2
Fluted column drums lie on the grass in the foreground and middle ground, and a carved capital rests on one drum at the centre. A tall drum stands upright on the right beside a column base, with a small stone block nearby. Trees and dense bushes fill the background under a pale sky, and the site is set into a sloping hollow.
