Description

A view from higher ground over a town of flat-roofed, whitish houses and a few taller buildings, with a chimney rising among them. Behind the town a broad valley of trees and bushes leads up to rocky mountain slopes under a cloudy sky. In the lower right a curving harbour quay runs beside the water, with two small boats drawn up at its edge.
