A long jetty at Limassol runs out over choppy sea, lined with the bare masts of several moored boats. A sailing boat with a pale sail and a steamship sit at the left and centre, and a small rowing boat floats below the jetty. About six small figures stand on the jetty at the right, against bright light reflected from the water.
