Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C06384. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A limestone bust turned to the right, shown against a plain grey backdrop on a dark base with a white edge along its lower side. The head has a grooved headdress swept back over the top, a curled ear area, a narrow eye and small, full lips; the neck is cut straight off at the base. The surface is weathered and rough in places, and a number label sits at the lower right corner.
