Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05860. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A tall figure seen in profile facing left, with a pointed conical headdress, a strongly profiled face and a large ear. The broad body narrows to a plain cylindrical base, and one arm is bent forward with the hand held near the waist. The pale clay surface shows cracks and breaks, and the figure stands against a plain grey backdrop.
