Description

A carved head with downcast eyes, a straight nose and closed lips, framed by a headdress of rounded, overlapping forms that resemble leaves or curls. The neck is broken off flat at the base, and the edges along the jaw and headdress are chipped and weathered. The head is shown frontally on a pale support against a plain grey backdrop.
