Hellenistic sculpture from Mersinaki, terracotta limestone (Me. 0612)

Description

A headless statue torso in pale stone shows a draped garment with curving folds across the chest and upright pleats over the lower body. The head and arms are missing, with broken edges at the neck and shoulders. A small broken stone fragment lies at the base on the left, and the piece is photographed on a plain light background.
