Hellenistic roman Mersinaki Terracotta limestone

Description

A headless standing figure carved in pale grey stone, wearing a garment with deep folds falling from the shoulders and across the arms and hips. A diagonal crack runs across the mid-section, and the lower edge sits on a rough base with a chipped, glued break. The figure fills most of the frame against a plain backdrop.
