Amathus T. 2-26

Heavily corroded, elongated find from Amathus, broad at the top and tapering to a rounded end. — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05415e. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A single corroded object photographed head-on against a light background, filling most of the frame. It is elongated and broad at the top, narrowing to a rounded lower end. Its surface is crusted and pitted with pale encrustation and dark hollows, so its original form and material are hard to make out.
