Mounted photograph of a find from Amathus tomb 2-26, a soft close view of a mottled, raised surface — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05365. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A grey-toned photograph mounted on a pale card with a white border. The close view shows an indistinct, mottled surface with rounded raised shapes and a darker vertical band running down the left-centre. The image is soft and low in contrast, so the object itself is hard to identify.
