Description

A pale card mount holds two small photographs. The upper one shows an irregular, pitted and crusted fragment with broken edges, its surface rough and uneven. The lower photograph shows a dark square with a light-coloured number label, handwritten or painted in white, placed as a scale for cataloguing.
