Silver (A. 4. 11)

Small silver object, a thick dark loop with a teardrop outline, on a pale card mount — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04278u. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A small print mounted on a pale card shows one dark, thick loop with a teardrop-shaped outline and a pale opening in the centre. The band is slightly heavier at the lower left and its edges are rough and uneven. No scale or label is visible, and the surface detail of the object cannot be made out, so the form is best read as a small ring-like object.
