Bowls (A.11.43)

Rough grey bowl with a deep crack down one side, shown in side view on a plain background — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04277b. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A single deep, rounded bowl with a flat, slightly uneven rim and thick walls, shown from the side. Its pitted, granular surface looks like worked stone, and a long crack runs from the rim down the middle of the wall. The base is partly broken at the lower left, and the bowl sits on a pale surface against a light backdrop.
