Pottery White Painted Wheel-made (E.19.61)
Description
A jug with a single loop handle rising from the rim to the shoulder, a flaring rim and a rounded body narrowing to a low ring base. A raised ridge encircles the join of neck and body, and the neck and shoulder carry diagonal hatched bands. The surface is worn and mottled with dark patches, with a crack near the base, and the jug stands alone against a plain pale background.
