Topography at the palace at Vouni: mountain, tree, water and road

Description
A wide panoramic view from high ground over a bay on the left, its water flat and dark. Dry, scrubby hills and gullies fill the foreground and centre, with a flat coastal plain beyond and a line of mountains along the right horizon. A faint vertical seam marks where two prints are joined, and pale tracks may be roads across the slopes.

- Description, scan 2
- A wide panoramic view from high ground over the coastline at Vouni. Calm grey sea fills the left side, with a curving shore and low pale land running inland. Rugged, eroded hills rise across the background, and dry scrub covers the slopes in the foreground, where a single tree stands at lower right and faint tracks cross the ground.
