Tomb 5 at Enkomi: tomb chamber with stones during excavation

Description

Looking down into an excavated cutting, a wall of stacked, roughly shaped stones runs along the left side, with a pale floor between it and a stone wall at the back. A large rounded stone with a hollow sits on the floor in the foreground, with a second block beside it at right, and soil banks surround the cut.
