Description

Looking down into a rock-cut tomb at Amathus, a skeleton lies in the soil on the left, its bones only partly visible in the shadow. A cluster of pale-surfaced pottery vessels sits beside it in the centre, and the rough-cut walls of the tomb rise into the dark upper right.
