Excavation at the palace at Vouni, rock and wall

Description
Stepped courses of large squared stone blocks form walls cut into a sloping hillside. Bare excavated ground and loose rubble lie in the foreground, with a low shrub at left and another on the ridge at right. Beyond, hazy hills fall toward a bay of the sea at the left edge.
