Tomb 96 at Marion, excavation

Description
A narrow passage cut into soft earth and rock descends in steps toward the back of the frame, its sides rising steeply on either side. At the far end, an opening is partly filled with a low heap of stones, and a jug-like vessel sits on top of the stones within the dark recess. Loose soil and dry grass fill the foreground.
