Description

A narrow trench is cut down into pale, stony soil, with its sides of earth rising to a slope covered in dry grass and scrub. Several stones sit in the soil near the top of the cut, and loose stones lie on the ground around the edges. The dark shadow of the camera or its stand falls across the lower part of the trench.
