Description

A cleared area of pale ground is enclosed by ruined stone walls of large, roughly squared blocks. Rubble-topped masonry rises on the left and right, and a low wall or bench runs across the back. Two small trees stand on the skyline above the ruins, and the scene is bright with strong shadows cast across the floor.
