Tomb 14 at Marion, stones and steps during excavation

Description
A narrow trench is cut down through the soil, with a flight of pale stone steps descending along its floor toward a squared stone block on the left. Earth banks rise steeply on both sides, and spoil lies heaped at the top of the cut. A partly visible figure in light clothing stands at the upper right edge of the frame.
