Stones during excavation at Vouni

Description
A trench cut into earth, with a large flat stone slab in the foreground and a pale plastered wall standing at the right. Loose soil and rubble lie between the slabs, and a dark earth face forms the back of the cut. No people or tools are visible, and strong sunlight casts sharp shadows across the ground.
