Description

Two women are close together in the centre and left: the seated woman wears glasses and a patterned top and holds a small object, while the standing woman in a light patterned skirt leans toward her. A third woman, seen only from behind, is at the right edge among dense oleander leaves. Behind them rises a wall of rough, squared stone blocks, with loose rubble and low stonework at the left.

English

Ann Franken-Battershill sits on the left, with glasses and a small object in her hands, while Jane D'Arcy bends over her beside a stone wall at Kouklia. A third woman stands at the right, among oleander bushes.
