Life and work
- 1881–1882Named by Ohnefalsch-Richter as one of two intendants (with Trachana of Larnaka) who could testify that, while digging for water and building stones at Salamis with Woods-and-Forests workmen, he had sought antiquities in earnest: two shafts in the temenos of Zeus, over 30 workmen for several days, prospecting for water and antiquities, not excavating.
