Un consul pour la France (1806-1865), Peleus 48 (Mainz and Ruhpolding, Rutzen, 212 pp, XXIV pl.), a life of the French consul in Cyprus who died of cholera at Larnaca on 26 July 1865 and who sought Cypriot antiquities; reviewer notes the book lacks an index of persons and places.
