Life and work
- 1975With George Rapp directed the University of Minnesota's first campaign on the south-east coast: soil samples from trenches in eighteen localities around Kition, Hala Sultan Tekke and the salt lakes, in collaboration with the Cyprus Geological Survey and Department of Antiquities, to test whether silting of a lagoon (now the salt lake) caused Hala Sultan Tekke's abandonment and the building of an artificial harbour at Kition. A second campaign was planned for summer 1976.
