- 3 August 1989As trial judge in Autocephalous Greek-Orthodox Church of Cyprus v. Goldberg he ordered the four Kanakaria mosaics delivered to the Church of Cyprus: Indiana law applied, so Peg Goldberg had acquired no valid title; in the alternative, under Swiss law, he found her due diligence inadequate (six reasons listed).
