- 1873Published Ragguaglio di doni fatti alle diverse collezioni e alla biblioteca archeologica negli anni 1871-1872 (Perugia 1873); it records the museum's donations of 1871-72 and mentions no Cypriot pieces.

- 1875Received, as director, two cases from Luigi Palma di Cesnola sent from Cyprus to Conestabile's house in Perugia in summer 1875, holding over a hundred pieces from which the museum's 88-piece Cypriot collection derives; Luppatelli (1882) credits Conestabile with the donation, and the authors consider his date the more probable one (others date it to c. 1872, the London exhibition).
