    Showed Max Ohnefalsch-Richter the Frangissa site and arranged his meeting with the landowner; later described the signing of the contract (dated 5 Oct 1885 in Given) and witnessed it.

    Witness for Watkins in Watkins v. Warren (Larnaca District Court). Asked to identify the Frangissa contract, which had been handed in but could not be found in court; he said 'I saw a contract written and myself and Abramo gave it to Richter' (Cyprus Herald 2 Jan 1886, 4a, as quoted by Given).
