    Edited the popular book Cypriote Art in the British Museum accompanying the BM exhibition Cyprus BC (1979-80, with the Department of Antiquities, Cyprus, and the Birmingham Museum); chapters by D. Frankel (prehistory), V. Tatton-Brown (Iron Age), D. Bailey (Hellenistic and Roman) and G. House (medieval); Cook wrote pp. 4-5 on the collection's history.
