Jug
Description: | Jug: A small jug with a trefoil mouth, one vertical handle from the mouth to the shoulder and a low stemmed foot that has a ring base. The jug is decorated in Black Slip III Bucherro type of decoration. The main body is lobular and has vertical parallel grooves. The jug has been restored by different sherds and part of its black slip decoration has fallen off exposing the red clay. (Overall: 175 mm x 115 mm) - Made of Pottery Culture: Cypro-Geometric III |
