Snake Head Armlet
Description: | One of a pair of silver pennanular bracelets or armlets terminating in snakes' heads; hoop formed from two round-sectioned rods of silver or silvered bronze connected by a hinge; snake bodies have angular anatomical details, probably chased, in the form of parallel rings on the body and scales and eyes on the head; small shallow holes are drilled just below the neck of the snake on each side, possibly to hold a dowel to keep the two parts of the bracelet together.
