Description: | Pottery Black Slip jug; wheel-made; wheel-made; ovoid body on a ring base; short narrow with trefoil spout; vertical hand from shoulder to lip; orange clay with a matt black slip (eroded in places) , decorated with incised fluting: three carefully incised grooves around the shoulder with rather more freehand vertical flutes around the body; base chipped.
