Pottery bowl in Red Polished (Black Topped) ware; hand-made; hemispherical body on a rounded base; pierced lug at rim; made of buff clay covered with a polished slip, fired orange-red in the lower body and black in the upper part (inside and out); parts of rim missing in several pieces; surface pitted and worn.
