Terracotta ladle-saucer or shovel
Open, wheel-made. Rounded rim to deep, flaring body, pinched together on one side into a projection, to which is added a solid handle with uneven join. Raised base ring, and uneven, flat base. Broken and repaired, with two chips in rim and most of handle missing. Length: 7 5/8 in. (19.4 cm) Height: 3 1/16 in. (7.8 cm)
